Danger zone visible for non-owners

Hello,

currently is possible to see the danger zone page when accessed directly as a admin (not an owner). The setting is not visible directly but can actually still be accessed as an admin when the URL is hit directly.

@TheCodeAssassin thanks for reporting! admins are allowed to delete sites. by the way, you seem to be using a very old verison of our self-hosted code and many things have changed since then including how to invite team members. please do upgrade to the latest release. you can see the current behaviour here https://plausible.io/docs/users-roles
