City Blocklist

Currently Plausible is able to block IP addresses and countries from tracking. But I found city is a useful block criterion: I can reliably exclude myself and anyone in the office from being tracked by blocking the current city. This is more reliable than IP addresses when the office has a dynamic IP address.
