Support `?ref=` query parameter#3

To tag and correlate campaigns across different websites. Example:

I’m running ads using MakerAds. The ads show up on different domains so when people click on my ad, the referrer is always different. I’d like all of these to show up as the MakerAds referrer.

🚀 This is now live. I will create documentation for everything in a bit, but the feature is already good to go. Supported parameters names are ref, source, and utm_source. As an example, you can check the live demo where the betalist and 10words referrers are picked up from query params.
