Decode the page URLs#150

Several of my pages have characters such as “ø” in their URLs. In Plausible, these characters are shown in their encoded form (“%C3%B8” instead of “ø”). It would look a lot nicer, and be more readable, if the page URLs in Top Pages were decoded.
